Why is the "+" Rust Colored ... Inquiring Minds Want To Know

Our rust colored "+" is pulling double duty.  One reason for the rust is to represents our principles; the other reason is that it represents something we're proud of.

Our Principles - Many companies post all about their Mission and Values on their website - heck we do to!  (Mission and Values).  We not only live these values ... we take them a step further with our Service + Principles.  Our Service + Principles guide us every day, with every encounter.  Read about our Service + Principles here.

Our Pride - Construction is a tough, male dominated business. And we're so proud of the men we work with everyday that have perfected their craft! And while these men have done a masterful job for a good many years, we're recognizing more and more of the value that women bring to our trade.

We've been honored to work with craftswomen in the past.  Now, in looking toward our future - we've recently brought in a woman as Director of Operations (our Operations Ninja!) and we're interviewing for our first ever female Project Manager.

So, when you see that "+", that's a tip of our hat to the many strong, dedicated, competent, and talented women in the construction industry.
